Tom together with Ron Kuhl are the sole partners of Adirondack Jr.  Wings, LLC.  In the spring of 2012 they purchased the dormant Troy Uncle Sam’s franchise and re-branded it as the Adirondack Jr. Wings, with the goal of keeping a Jr. Hockey presence in the Capital District.  After a successful operation in the Jr and Midget ranks the operation now solely focuses on player development at all levels. 

Tom currently works in Manhattan, NY  in the Hedge Fund industry, After graduating from Siena College with a BS in Finance, he received his MBA from Carroll Scholl of Management at Boston College. Tom played youth hockey in the Capital District for both Saratoga and Schenectady Youth Hockey programs, before leaving to attend Deerfield Academy in Massachusetts.

Tom and his wife Jackie, live in Summit NJ and Saratoga with their 3 children, Trey, Alexa and Aidan.

Hockey/Professional Instructor-- Owner of the Hockey Hut. Ron has been dedicating himself to the year-round development of hockey players for over 27 yrs with outstanding success. He possesses a strong commitment to the complete development of our youth not only as players, but as young people. In 1993, Ron starting teaching youth hockey in the Capital Region for Clifton Park Youth hockey Association and spent 7 seasons with CPYHA.  He then moved on to become the Director of Hockey for the Albany Storm AAA program as well as the Bantam AAA coach for the next 8 seasons.  From 1995-97 Ron worked closely with Graeme Townshend to develop the foundation of his power skating and skills programs.  They created the GTR Power skating Institute and ran camps across the USA.  In 1997 Ron branched out and started Excel Hockey Inc.  In that same year he became an owner of the Hockey Hut Training Center which allowed him to train players throughout the year.  He has become an expert in teaching hockey skills for all ages and abilities.  He currently trains Professional Players in the NHL, AHL, ECHL, SPHL and European Elite leagues as well as players currently in the Division I, III and ACHA college ranks   

Ron is also a USA Hockey certified Level 4 coach and has been a successful College, HighSchool and youth hockey coach in the New England Region.  His teams have achieved great success through the years winning championships at the State and National levels. Ron is a natural leader, motivator and excellent teacher of the fundamentals necessary to excel. Ron received his B.A. Marketing/Business degree from Southern New Hampshire University in 1992.  He has continued the year-round development of the Capital Regions players and in 2008 opened a world-class training center in Clifton Park NY.   Ron resides in Clifton Park with his wife Debbie, son Cameron and daughter Anna.
